| JWL was prompt and qualified in their response to our inquiry and not only performed a superior job on the work we requested but also suggested ways that we could economically save for the future of our waterfall maintenance with options that they do not sell, but a good referral for creation of a pondless waterfall. After much consideration of both companies as an option we have decided to keep our current waterfall as is and add some things suggested by JWT to minimize the maintenance. We OF COURSE will be using JWT for that much less needed periodic maintenance because of their high qualifications and their efficient customer service. |
