Troy Torrance did a fantastic job and I have put him in my contacts. I will never call anyone else except them. They followed up 3 seperate times to make sure the refrigerator was working properly. the technician was good but the person taking the initial phone order neglected to tell me important information such as have the frig running for a while before the tech arrives.
the initial contact said I would be the first call of the morning and the tech arrived afternoon, after other calls.
