Not only did Mann Roofing inspect the outside of the roof, when I offered, he also inspected the underside of the roof from the attic. After discussing the roof and receiving estimates from two of the roofers, (one never responded), I decided that rather than repair the roof, I would replace it. I asked Mann Roofing fro an estimate and he was out the same evening to measure the roof and discuss ooptions with me. He submitted a fair bid and I accepted. Within three days, the materials had been delivered and the day after that the crew was up on the roof removing the old shingles. They completed the job in two and a half days. They cleaned up after themselves every day sweeping the driveway and flowerbeds for nails and picking up shingles and paper. The workmen were polite, efficient and skilled. I am very pleased with the quality of the work and the professionalism of the entire team. They even cleaned my skylights while they were up there.
