I got a callback immediately. I told him my ex-husband was outside trying to "fix it" himself and I would call him back later that evening. I even had JEA come out and look at the main drain that night, to no avail, so I called Mr. O'Connor about 10:00 P.M. He told me he would be out by 10:00 A.M. the next day. He was very understanding about the late call, even came earlier than planned because he knew I was in dire straights with a main line back-up, not very pretty. He was quick, efficient, got the job done and even checked a bathroom I previously had problems with and told me it was fine. Very reasonably priced also.

Jacksonville City Facts
Jacksonville’s beginning dates back to an early 1800’s settlement, called Cowford because cattle crossed the St. John’s River here. The name was changed to Jacksonville in 1882 in honor of General Andrew Jackson, the provisional governor who had forced Spain to surrender Florida to the United States two years earlier.
Jacksonville is one of Florida's most historic communities. Settled in 1816 and named for Andrew Jackson, the first territorial governor of Florida, the city was laid out in 1822.
The median age of Jacksonville residents is 35.3.
